Highland Honey Farm is operated by a husband and wife team Ashli and Adam Manson, and is based in Deer Park, WA. They have been beekeeping for nearly 9 years now, and have loved every moment of it. The products they offer include honey in 8oz, 16oz, and 32oz jars, along with 1 gallon buckets, honey sticks, beeswax, and pollen straight from the hive. In addition to honey and wax sales, Highland Honey Farm also offers pollination services, bee nucs, and swarm removals.
You can find Highland Honey Farms at your local farmer’s markets, and their products are only available to purchase during the farmers’ markets season, which is approximately from May through October.
