Introducing “The Cookie Lady”
Making people laugh, and baking delicious works of art.
Jamie “The Cookie Lady” is the owner/operator/lead baker/lead decorator/one-woman show behind Three Birdies Bakery. She loves Christmas, making people laugh, and baking delicious works of art that put joy into the world. She also gets very passionate about relatively small things, like board games or Game of Thrones (don’t even get her started about that last season!). Jamie is a lifetime Spokanite, and she doesn’t plan on leaving anytime soon, as she loves her hometown and the awesome things it has to offer.
Jamie has been running the bakery for 2 ½ years as a side hustle, and she just recently left her job to do cookies full time! She has three little birdies that keep her very busy: Zibby, Aria, and Everleigh. She is also married to a wonderful man who tolerates her cookie messes and loves her for high level of dorkiness.
