Description

A delicious array of fall flavor French macarons from The Collection Bakery, these cookies are bite-sized and packed full of flavor. A macaron (or French macaroon) is a sweet meringue-based confection made with egg white, icing sugar, granulated sugar, almond meal, and food coloring. The macaron is traditionally held to have been introduced in France by the Italian chef of queen Catherine De Medici during the Renaissance. The orange color macaron is a pumpkin pie flavor; the green color macaron is apple cider flavor; and the brown macaron is a maple pecan flavor. Each pack of 3 macarons is packaged in a plastic sleeve, and then carefully placed in a cardboard paper box.

Apple Cider Macaron

Ingredients: Sugar, White Chocolate (Sugar, Vegetable Oil , Whole Milk Powder. Nonfat Dry Milk, Palm Oil, Soy Lecithin), Almond Flour, Powdered Sugar (Sugar, Cornstarch), Heavy Cream (Heavy Cream, Skim Milk, Carrageenan), Egg White, Butter (Cream, Natural Flavor), Apples, Brown Sugar, Water, Lemon Juice, Cinnamon, Food Coloring (Water, Sugar, and one or more of the following U.S. Certified Colors : Blue 1(E133). Blue 2 (E132), Yellow 5 (E102), Yellow 6 (E110), Red 3 (E127), Red 40 (E129), Titanium Dioxide (E171), Mica Pigment, Vegetable Gum, Modified Corn Starch, Citric Acid and Less Than 1/10 Of 1% Sodium Benzoate and Potassium Sorbate as Preservatives).

Pumpkin Pie Macaron

Ingredients: Sugar, White Chocolate (Sugar, Vegetable Oil, Whole Milk Powder, Nonfat Dry Milk, Palm Oil, Soy Lecithin), Almond Flour, Powdered Sugar (Sugar, Cornstarch), Egg White, Pumpkin, Heavy Cream (Heavy Cream, Skim Milk, Carrageenan), Pumpkin Pie Spice, Food Coloring (Water, Sugar, and one or more of the following U.S. Certified Colors: Blue 1 (E133), Blue 2 (E132), Yellow 5 (E102), Yellow 6 (E110), Red 3 (E127), Red 40 (E129), Titanium Dioxide (E171). Mica Pigment, Vegetable Gum, Modified Corn Starch, Citric Acid and less than 1/10 Of 1% Sodium Benzoate and Potassium Sorbate as Preservatives).

Maple Pecan Macaron

Ingredients : Sugar, White Chocolate (Sugar, Vegetable Oil, Whole Milk Powder. Nonfat Dry Milk, Palm Oil, Soy Lecithin), Almond Flour, Powdered Sugar (Sugar, Cornstarch), Heavy Cream (Heavy Cream, Skim Milk, Carrageenan), Egg White, Butter (Cream, Natural Flavor), Pecans, Maple Syrup, Food Coloring (Water, Sugar, and one or more of the following U.S. Certified Colors: Blue 1 (E133), Blue 2 (E132),Yellow 5 (E102),Yellow 6 (E110), Red 3 (E127), Red 40 (E129), Titanium Dioxide (E171), Mica Pigment, Vegetable Gum, Modified Corn Starch, Citric Acid and less than 1/10 Of 1% Sodium Benzoate, and Potassium Sorbate as Preservatives).
